BDI Ananda marks BDI’s foray into affordable housing in Bhiwadi.

This is also slated to be one of the first affordable housing projects to get a nod from the Government of Rajasthan and the first such project to commence construction under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Awas Yojna. A very thoughtfully planned BDI Ananda caters to the needs and budget of the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG). Keeping minute attention to detail and every need of the customers, BDI ensures a perfect combination of comfort, convenience and best of amenities within a budget.

Taking shape in UTI Sector 70 in Bhiwadi, perched on the proposed 45 meter road BDI Ananda is close to all the prominent industrial establishments of Chopanki, Pathredi and Kahrani on one side and Khushkera, Tapukara on another. With some of the largest manufacturing setups like P&G, Pepsi, Saint Gobain, Tata Bluescope, Honda Cars, Honda Motorcycles, Micromax, Shree Cement etc. , at just a stone throw distance, the project offers extreme convenience to its residents. Spread over 16 acres, BDI Ananda will have around 2000 flats when completed. Judiciously designed these 1 and 2 BHK flats will offer open living spaces with plenty of natural light and ventilation. Each flat in BDI Ananda, be it EWS or LIG also comes with its own two-wheeler parking area.
